1. Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
- Personalized, hygiene-related, or clearance items are non-returnable unless defective.
2. Return Process

- Once approved, ship the item back to our designated return address.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
3. Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4. Exchanges
